Paris, 21 May 2024 - Racine has assisted RAISE Invest in the acquisition of a stake in Alpha Group Les étancheurs de France, one of France's leading waterproofing and roofing companies, alongside its management, as part of iXo Private Equity's exit and BNP Paribas Développement's reinvestment.

Founded in Marseille in 1991, Alpha Group has established itself as a key player in the economic, environmental and energy-efficient use of roofing systems. The Group has consolidated a wealth of historical expertise with a broad portfolio of public and private, tertiary and residential customers, mainly in renovation projects.

Convinced of the importance of the challenges of the energy transition and in partnership with Raise Invest, the Group aims to accelerate its development by continuing to develop its French network, extending its activities to new markets and improving its operational performance, particularly through digital technology.

Racine advised RAISE Invest with a team comprising Emily Pennec (Partner), Margaux de Lembeye (Counsel) and Hacina Lebdiri (Lawyer) on the corporate aspects, Linda Bessa (Partner) and Hind Mahsas (Lawyer) on the financing aspects, Fabrice Rymarz (Partner), Quentin Cournot (Counsel) and Romain Taugourdeau (Lawyer) for the tax aspects and Bastien Thomas (Partner), Estelle Leclerc (Counsel) and Audrey Frade-Gouilly (Lawyer) for the competition aspects.
