Paris, May 3, 2024 - Racine advised the founders of Europa Group, Marc and Florence Doncieux, on the acquisition of Europa Group by a continuation fund set up by Abenex. Following this transaction, Abenex became the majority shareholder of Europa Group. Marc and Florence Doncieux, the two co-founders of Europa Group, are continuing the adventure of Europa Group, remaining major shareholders and keeping the operational management.

The capital evolution of Europa Group is part of the opening of a new chapter in its history. It has also enabled certain managers, including Louis Verdier, appointed Chief Executive Officer at the beginning of 2023, and Julien Kouchner, appointed President of the Media/Healthcare Division, to increase their stake in the Group's capital.
