US Member Firm Frost Brown Todd Recognized by World Trademark Review for Six Consecutive Years

Three Frost Brown Todd (FBT) members with deep expertise in trademark law are listed in the latest edition of the World Trademark Review 1000 (WTR 1000). Indianapolis Member Eric Lamb, Cincinnati Member Monica Dias, and Columbus Member Samantha (Sam) Quimby qualified for the list based on recommendations from market sources familiar with their work as well as lengthy interviews with attorneys and clients involved with trademarks.  The 2020 edition of the WTR 1000 provides the most comprehensive listing of the leading private practice practitioners and firms in more than 80 jurisdictions around the world.

Quimby, who leads FBT’s Trademark practice, is in the WTR 1000 for the sixth consecutive year. Clients recognized Quimby’s ability to not only advise on all trademark needs from prosecution to litigation and licensing but also describe her as one who never provides “cookie-cutter” advice. Dias, who oversees the firm’s Media & First Amendment practice, was honored for the second consecutive year. Clients and peers praise Dias for her ability to help small companies establish a global presence while avoiding commercial risk. Lamb made his inaugural debut and received positive feedback for his versatile brand expertise and enduring client relationships. Clients describe Lamb as “precise, practical, highly responsive, efficient and cost-effective.”
