Duane Morris LLP was named one of the 2018 Working Mother magazine “Best Law Firms for Women,” based on the firm’s family-friendly policies and business development initiatives that retain women and advance them into the leadership pipeline. Acknowledging 60 firms, this year’s list included a collaboration with the ABA Journal as a knowledge partner. The Working Mother list measures firms on such factors as: representation, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women.
