Bahar Beyaz is a partner at the law firm Schalast. The focus of her legal practice is on advising national and international clients on commercial and corporate law as well as on M&A transactions. Another focus of her practice is contract drafting.
As a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law as well as international business law, Bahar Beyaz has in-depth knowledge of cross-border legal transactions and is particularly familiar with legal issues relating to start-ups. She advises founders and investors from abroad on their activities in the German market.
A particular focus of her work is her specialization in German-Turkish business transactions. As a native speaker of German and Turkish, she advises medium-sized and large companies on cross-border commercial activities and investments.
Before joining Schalast, Bahar Beyaz worked for several years as a lawyer in the field of commercial and corporate law, first at a boutique law firm in Düsseldorf and later at an international auditing, law, and tax consulting firm, before finally moving from TIGGES to Schalast.

Bahar Beyaz studied law at Justus Liebig University in Giessen.
Bahar Beyaz completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main, including positions at BaFin and in the commercial and corporate law department of an international law firm in Istanbul, Turkey.

Bahar Beyaz is a member of the board of ATIAD, the Association of Turkish Entrepreneurs and Industrialists in Europe.

She is also a member of the German Bar Association (DAV), active in the DAV's Young Lawyers Forum, and a member of the JDWA (Association of Young Business Lawyers in Düsseldorf).
