About Me
Having practiced for over ten years in the core of DPC dispute resolution team, Tsvetelina has made herself a name as a dedicated and tenacious litigator who is not afraid of tough cases.

Tsvetelina is a talented and hard-working young lawyer specializing in commercial litigation, insolvency, interim measures and enforcement procedures, medical malpractice, insurance and defamation disputes. She regularly advises clients, including financial institutions and virtual asset service providers, on various AML matters.

Recently Tsvetelina managed to reverse the established case law of the Supreme Administrative Court in cases concerning the awarding of compensations to employees whose employers are insolvent, which used to be to the detriment of such employees.

Tsvetelina was also a key member of the team acting on behalf of a flag carrier European airline in a procedure for recognition and enforcement of an international arbitration award issued by the ICC International Court of Arbitration against a Bulgarian airline company.

She has provided assistance to a range of clients to secure their claims under various agreements by establishing collateral securities, including registered pledges.
