Jukka is an experienced corporate and technology lawyer. His transactional work focuses on equity financing of growth companies, and he is the counsel of choice for many Finnish and foreign VC funds, as well as target companies, in technology-driven financing rounds. He also regularly advises on cross-border exits, private M&A, First North IPOs as well as corporate governance.?
Due to his background in IT contracting, Jukka also advises clients on their contractual arrangements. In addition, Jukka's practice covers dispute resolution across the fields of his expertise.?
