Otto is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of experience, specializing in both advisory and contentious legal matters. He regularly advises businesses on large-scale outsourcing and transformation projects, as well as on many forms of technology adoption, such as those related to software licensing, SaaS, and data processing. He also advises on issues related to compliance, particularly in the technology sector and technology deployment.
Otto has represented clients in courts (including the European Court of Justice), as well as in arbitrations and regulatory enforcement procedures. Otto’s contentious work has in particular focused on matters arising out of commercial contract and licensing disputes as well as data protection and cybersecurity enforcement procedures.
Otto has a holistic view of client’s legal issues, having worked as both outside legal counsel and in-house counsel. As in-house counsel, Otto worked in the industrial IoT and ad tech spaces.
