About Me
Juha is heading Dottir’s Corporate and M&A practice and he has more than 15 years of experience in negotiating M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital market transactions and he regularly advises on both sides of transactions. In addition to his extensive transaction experience, he also advises companies on corporate law, especially corporate governance. Juha has advised on approximately 250 transactions, of which approximately 80 are Mergermarket listed.

Juha is known for his client-centric and business-minded approach to transactions and dynamic deal making capacity. He has been ranked as a Rising Star Partner in Capital Markets and M&A in Finland by IFLR1000 Financial and Corporate.
