About Me
Yordanka has been specializing in banking &finance, insurance, corporate law, and dispute resolution for 15 years. She is a highly experienced legal advisor in insurance and commercial law. With a proven track record in both in-house legal services and courtroom representation, Yordanka Dimova brings extensive expertise and a strategic approach to legal challenges.
She also deals with dispute resolution matters and advice regarding insurance claims, maritime law, real estate and commercial law.
Yordanka is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive understanding of liability law, insurance, and maritime law. She served as the chief legal advisor at a leading insurance company, where she led an 11-member legal team and managed comprehensive legal services and court representations. Her expertise extends to international business law, professional and general liability of different entities, medical institutions, transport companies, and more. She played an active role in the Association of Bulgarian Insurers, contributing to legislative recommendations.
Yordanka also worked as a legal advisor for private enforcement agent, handling enforcement proceedings and legal services before multiple institutions.
She has been advising clients on cross-border issues and day-to-day operations on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, in areas such as financial services regulation, corporate compliance and different aspects of the Bulgarian and EU banking legislation.
