About Me
Kim has over 20 years experience in corporate and commercial law gained working in the corporate and commercial groups of some of Australia's largest law firms, including as an Equity Partner in the largest listed law firm in the world, and acting as in-house legal counsel and company officer in some of Australia's leading listed financial services organisations and investment banks. Her strengths lie in business structuring, private and public mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, capital raising, IPOs, corporate governance and general commercial and corporate advisory work.

She has acted for some of Australia's leading listed funds and international companies including NYSE listed Wall Street companies and funds.

Recent transactions include:
- Acting on UK listed Keywords Studios PLC’s US$62 million acquisition of 85% stake in video game service firm Tantalus
- Acting for $3 billion listed Wall Street Venture Capital Fund in relation to its expansion into the Australia market via the acquisition of multiple financial services businesses
-£61.2 million AIM IPO of Microlise Group plc
-Six mergers and acquisitions in a three-month period, where a number of the acquisitions ran on simultaneous timetables, for an Australian-based training organisation that partnered with leading Registered Training Organisations to deliver nationally recognised qualifications, and the subsequent aggregations linked to ASX IPO
-Establishment of $3 billion Asian Infrastructure Fund
- Ongoing advice and legal services for $125 billion listed superfund UniSuper
