Hazal assists foreign and domestic companies with a full spectrum of corporate and commercial issues, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, as well as banking and finance issues. She supports foreign and domestic companies through all stages of these corporate transactions, from project planning and due diligence, through to negotiation and closing phases. Hazal also has significant experience assisting clients to understand and navigate day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues in Turkey. She has a strong track record supporting during commercial finance projects and loan facilities.

Hazal focuses on corporate and commercial law, assisting high-profile clients in negotiating and restructuring various contracts, ensuring their Turkish operations run smoothly. She has notable experience supporting clients during mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, helping ensure these corporate transactions run and close smoothly. She plays a key role in due-diligence activities, as well as preparing and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase, share subscription, and shareholders’ contracts.
