About Me
Emil is a relentless litigator with over 12 years of professional experience in court, arbitration and enforcement proceedings, debt collection and insolvency procedures, and a significant track record in contractual and commercial law cases.

Emil is highly experienced in negotiations, preparation of out-of-court agreements and court settlements. Over the years his extraordinary dedication has led to a successful outcome a huge number of commercial lawsuits of clients in the construction, pharmaceutical, foods and beverage industries, manufacturing, as well as hospitals. Emil is also an industrial property attorney in the sphere of trademarks, geographical indications, and industrial design at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.

For more than 7 years Emil represented Higia EAD in a complex chain of court and execution procedures for recovery of a EUR 20 million portfolio of commercial debts from more than 200 debtors. The leading Bulgarian sunflower seed producer Si Ko Ltd is another client on whose behalf Emil has not just won a dozen of court cases, but also managed to collect 100% of the claimed debts.
