About Me
My area of focus is corporate and commercial law, transactional advisory, due diligence and ancillary legal support services. My recent work with the firm includes advising, structuring, and executing Joint Venture (JV) deals for multinational entities, corporate proprietary interests and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, pre-incorporation and set-up advisory and support, as well as advisory on mergers and acquisitions. I have experience in incorporating and setting up businesses for local and international clients and has through my work, developed a broad understanding on the Ghanaian regulatory and compliance sector. Having accumulated years of experience in senior management and board-level positions and as a management and business development consultant in the media, banking and insurance sectors in Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria. I have exceptionally ability to breakdown and transform complex issues into concrete outcomes that advance the overall client experience.
