About Me
Mariana Duarte has been a member of Abreu Advogados since 2013, and has been a Senior Associate since 2020, working mainly in the areas of litigation and arbitration.

He has a particular focus on matters related to litigation, including corporate, contractual, divorce and regulation of parental responsibilities, inheritance and employment. He has accompanied several arbitration, judicial, precautionary and contractual breach proceedings, both before Portuguese courts and before international chambers of commerce (ICC).

His experience includes advising clients on matters related to telecommunications contracts, construction works, investment funds, inventories, misdemeanors and criminal proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, as well as providing support in Portugal for proceedings under other legal systems, such as the United Kingdom, Germany and Angola.
