About Me
Dr. Gergely Kántor is a lawyer in our law firm’s Banking and Finance and Capital Markets Law Group.

His primary areas of expertise are commercial law, banking law, financial law and corporate law. His professional experience also extends to legal support related to banking operations, corporate governance, and regulatory, competition law, data and privacy compliance.

Gergely graduated from the Faculty of Law and Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2014, and in 2016 he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Business from Eötvös Loránd University. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he worked as a linguist researcher at Eötvös Loránd University and the Institute of Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and subsequently as a strategy and liaison specialist and key account manager for several multinational companies. In addition to his native Hungarian, he speaks English and Spanish.
