About Me
Dr. Balázs Fazakas is a partner and the head of our firm’s litigation and dispute resolution group. With over ten years of professional experience, he is a true new generation litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, as well as a pillar corporate and M&A lawyer. Balázs is a well-known lawyer, experienced in both Hungarian and international court and arbitration forums, and highly ranked by international independent assessment organizations. He is a qualified ICC arbitrator, a permanent organizer and judge of the annual Budapest Willem C. Vis Pre-Moot (International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition), and a trainer of the new civil litigation procedure. Balázs represents the vast majority of our litigation and dispute resolution cases and is also a key player in several high-profile M&A transactions. Balázs is also highly ranked by Chambers and Legal 500.
