About Me
Ludovica Jarquín has experience in the areas of corporate law, banking law, maritime law, customs law, port law and immigration law. She has advised clients in the constitution and positioning of companies in Costa Rica, updating them, obtaining permits, legal documentation and preparing legal opinions to be in accordance with Costa Rican legislation. Likewise, she has advised clients in notary, registry and banking procedures and has experience with the establishment and management of offshore companies. She is currently an "in house" lawyer in a recognized company where she works in maritime law, customs law, port law, as well as P & I claims and is the director of the Migration Department.
