About Me
Jorge is a partner in the Corporate practice with over 31 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has developed a business-oriented approach focused on corporate, commercial, franchising, licensing, distribution, technology and retail matters. He regularly advises Mexican and international clients on all types of transactions, from the creation of start-up structures to the proper management and expansion of their businesses.

His practice also includes regulatory, compliance, corporate and intellectual property aspects necessary for the implementation of franchise systems and distribution models. In addition, he has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate controversies and foreign investments.

He is Country Chair of Pérez-Llorca in Mexico. In October 2023, he was appointed Chairman of Multilaw, one of the world’s largest international networks of independent law firms, with more than 90 firms in over 100 countries.
