Johanna is Dottir's Managing Partner and one of the founders of the firm. Johanna works both in Dottir’s Corporate and M&A practice and Dottir's Tech & IP practice.

She has over 10 years of experience in assisting technology and media companies as well as venture capital investors in various private M&A and equity financing transactions.

Johanna has a rare combination of expertise in both transactional and technology matters and is a trusted advisor for multiple technology and IP-intensive businesses and investors in both transactional and TMT substance work.
